On the friday 25th of march i purchesed two t shirts from all saints in derby.

the day after i was wearing one of t shirts as i was going out but my girlfriend pointed out to me that there was a large white patch on the back were it had not been dyed. i took the t shirt off and put it in the bag to return it.

on the monday 28th of march i went to return the item saying it was faulty and was told because i had worn the item (for 5 mins) and it had a slight smell of aftershave on it (it wasnt in a re-sellable condition). does this mean even with it being faulty goods with the white patch on it they were just going to sell it again??

when i questioned the lady about the fairness of this at me buying a 40 pound t shirt that was faulty when i purchased it and will not be able to wear she just shrugged her shoulders and put the t shirt back in the bag and handed it to me. it just seemed they didnt care. not happy at all about this.
