I ordered and paid for a pair of Ruby Slippers from Fairy Dust Shoes for my daughter's 18th birthday in October. I converted the US size into UK and ordered the size my daughter usually takes. The shoes arrived and were too small. I contacted the owner of the company to explain that I would have to return them, ordered a size up and asked her how much extra money she needed sent to forward the re-order. I promptly returned the shoes and have proof of postage.

I have emailed Fairy Dust Shoes several times to ask if she has received the returned goods and have heard no word from her. Neither has she forwarded the re-ordered goods. So - Fairy Dust Shoes have my $100 and my daughter has no Ruby Slippers. I have threatened to take further action and the next step will be legal.
