Fake UGG Boots

I received a letter from UK Borders Agency who are Her Majesty's Customs & Revenue asking me to send details of where I purchased the UGG boots from, these boots had been seized at the port due to the boots being FAKE!! Luckly they are not pressing any charges against me as I have had to send permission to HM Customs to destroy these boots. I have contacted SNUG AUSTRALIA to explain this and have asked for my money back but have had no reply. A note to everyone "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY"
