Faulty nike air rift's

I am submitting this complaint because I am not happy with my nike air rift sandals. 4 weeks after purchasing them the inner soles have started coming out. The other fault with them is the velcro strap on them don't stick properly. I did not keep the receipt because I thought these problems would not ocurr.
