Warranty!!!

Hi there i am just putting this to this site that snap on tools uk or usa are nothing but a bunch of con men!!! i have literally hundreds of pounds worth of ratchets alone and then they broke 1 by 1 so i got them together and saw my franchisee and he had the nerve to say buy something and ill replace the fitting kits!!! this is absolutely diabolicle that a company so well know is allowed to get away with this, like it states my ratchets cost a small fortune and he was all smiles taking the hundreds off me but when i wanted my tools replacing i can go screw my self!!! WRONG anyone who is in the same predicament i advise to take legal action against them as i will be doing to recover some of my lost small fortune,

DO NOT BUY SNAP ON!!! BUY DRAPER ITS CHEEPER AND EXCELLENT QUALITY AND IF IT BREAKS IT'S CHEAP ENOUGH TO REPLACE!!! SNAP ON ARE SHITE!!! UK
