Unable to contact by telephone to cancel orde

I received a trial supply of Acai Tablets. I have been unable to contact by telephone as there is only an answering machine, which each time suggest you ring back some other time.

There was no email address or invoice with the goods so I have no other way of getting in touch with this firm other than writing to them with the address on the package, which I have done.

The ingredients are rubbish and I have no way of preventing this company from removing money from my Credit Card as I have never received an email confirmation of my purchase so have no online contact.

This is a completely unethical way of trading and I am disgusted that it should be allowed.
