Scam!

I contacted wonga4cars.com because they offered me the best price for my car and collection of the vehicle which seemed more practical for my situation, the process was very simple they emailed me with a quote, then i rang them on the number that they provided me with. we then arranged for the date that they would collect my car, i had to pay 49.99 for the collection they told me that this needed to be paid before they came to collect because they have had a lot of no shows in the past, i thought this seemed fair so paid the amount over the phone. It got to the date and time of the appointment so i waited they did not show. i tried to ring them for the next two days but it kept ringing through to answer phone because all of their operators were busy. i finally managed to get through on the Wednesday, 4 days after the appointment, the man was very apologetic and offered me a new appointment or refund, i stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked another appointment for Thursday the 13th to receive a cancellation email today (10th) saying that my appointment had been canceled and to ring this number for a rebooking for me to ring the number and it is no longer registered to any companies. i then looked on their website which surprise surprise no longer exists. so i warn you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND CHECK ALL DETAILS OF ANY COMPANIES THAT YOU MAY USE ON THE WEB FIRST. i am going to do everything in my power to get my money back do not fall for this scam, i have had to change my bank details and have been very upset by the whole situation. please don't fall for their trickery
