I contacted Blox Services to perform an auto electric disagnostic test on my car. They removed the battery to charge offsite and never returned. They left my car in a poor condition with a loose fusebox and bare wires. My calls have been consistently ignored for over a week. I have to correct the mess to the tune of £400 and in the process of reporting to Trading Standards and the Police if my battery is not returned. In this climate of economic uncertainty, there are still organisations who insist on bad service and unprofessional practice. Let's hope the downturn gives them a shake up and they go under.
