In March I booked by telephone a car rental from London Gatwick Airport. The booking reference was FO 583891910. The rental was a one day only from Hertz car rental at a cost of thirty five pounds. I provided my visa debit card number ending in... 9324 and on the 10th May this amount was taken from my account by EC Vehicle rental, Watford, GB. The collection date was Sunday 6th November at 2300hrs. I duly arrived at Hertz to find it closed. Hertz say that they cannot find any record of the booking or deduction of thirty five pounds from my account. Would you please check your records and confirm that this booking was made with Hertz car rentals. Obviously I am not happy with Hertz and am looking for the return of my thirty five pounds.
