Vauxhall Master Fit
Lying to me to get more money!

After a service at Vauxhall master fit in Buckingham road in Bicester Oxfordshire, I received a call to say as well as the break pads I had agreed for them to replace, they need to replace the break discs and both front tyres!!! This would mean u would be paying out hundreds on a service on my car that was just under 3 years old!?!?!?! I asked if the car would pass the mot if I didn't replace the break discs, the man on the phone said "no" I then asked why I would need 2 new tyres when they were only replaced 10 months ago? (8000 miles) I was told this is because I don't pump my tyres up properly so they were now worn unevenly and only nearly illegal on one strip- which isn't illegal.
Feeling unsure I called my dad, who then called the garage for me, the same man spoke to my dad in the phone and when my dad asked, the same man said my break discs would pass an mot!?! And they probably have another 20000 miles approx left in them!
Needless to say they were not authorised to change my brake discs or tyres and then my car passed its mot 3 weeks later!
Total proof that he lied his teeth off to me saying I need new brake discs as it won't pass an mot!
Absolutely disgusted and will never go there again!
I would not recommend this masterfit to anyone, especially women who go in alone!
