My Parcel that has being sent from the Uk is still in CUTOMS on Stansted Airport. No one wants to help to WHY IS THE PACAGE SILL HELD IN CUSTOMS, if the delivery date was yesterday the 23/10 in SOUTH AFRICA.
This is total madness, FEDEX SA said the parcel is in Johannesburg, that was Yesterday Morning, Yesterday afternoon after paying monies over for the clearance the PACKAGE IS STILL IN THE UK???
Why is there stories all the time?? Service is utterly disgusting!!!
