Dolphin American Services - L&J Marine - Dave Keeling - Mark Read - Neil Read Wrong parts fitted to boat causing more damage and faliure to repair this damage

When my boat lost drive I instructed Dave Keeling of L&J Marine to repair the problem.

After 18 months of heartache, lack of use of the boat and a huge amount of moneY it was established by a marine surveyor that the incorrect parts had been fitted to the gearbox of my boat.

During the 18 months Dave Keeling was given ample opportunity to repair his poor workmanship only to wrongly diagnose the problem and replace other parts that were in fact not the problem.

After giving Dave Keeling ample opportunity to repair the boat or give a reund on the incoorect parts a lengthy court case pursued, the court ruled that L&J Marine sould pay us 11, 000 (less that this whole episode cost us) and issued a CCJ against L&J Marine.

Dave Keeling refused to pay the CCJ and responded by supposedly handing his marine work over to another dealer, L&J Marine are worthless and due to lack of funds cannot repay the debt, which is still sitting there accumulating interest.

Dave Keeling then set up Dolphin American Serives with Mark & Neil Read, they predominently work on American cars but still carry out work on boats.

Needless to say Dave Keeling belongs on this website, as he is a total rip-off merchant.
