A very very poor and disgrace full service ground staff hasn't got any manners how to speak to some one. And if u ask for some thing then the reply stright away was U CAN GET OFF THE PLANE is that's how emirates ground staff speaks an the TVs are broken no sound but pay full Money dnt get service and get attitude from ground staff aswel I ll ne'er fly with emirates again on my life neither my family
