Took payment but no delivery! - Presume Somewhere In UK

We ordered and paid for a dirt bike from www.dirtbikeandquadworld.co.uk back in August 07, have recieved numerous emails to say "sorry trouble with suppliers, your delivery date has been changed", each time the delivery date comes and passes and another email to say "sorry but there is new delivery date"

We finally had enough and asked to cancel the order in December - they replied with more apologies and offers of 35% off and free helmets, but we refused and asked for full refund, they agreed to refund with interest but also said that they are allowed 30 days in which to do so

there is no phone number or address on the website, but site is very professional and they were very responsive when we emailed for information on products and shipping charges etc etc etc

but still we have no refund and now they're not responding!!! It looks like a very professional scam and somebody is getting away with thousands!!!
