International Credit FRAUD: is a rip off scam *REBUTTAL

I found "1st UK Car Rentals" on the web while looking for a car for one week to come home from the US to Wales for my brothers wedding.

Reservation # FR14329 was confirmed online and my credit card was billed almost immediately. Instructions back from 1st-UK were that they would meet me at Heathrow information desk just outside the customs hall on September 5th at 21:00. My flight was 20 minutes early so I was at the information desk by 20:30, and waited until 21:30 before trying to call 1st UK, however, there was only a voice mail saying they are not available.

I waited another half hour before going to Budget to get a car.
Over the past 3 days I have left 3 voice mails and 3 emails with "1st UK" to no avail. Looking on the WEB while being in the UK I have not been able to find "1st UK as an actual busines, although I can still pull them up when checking for car hires.

I don't believe this company exists, other than as one of the many internet scams. I am currently out 175. Compared to Budget/Avis/Hertz etc, this looked like a great deal, but as they say, "if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is".
