You seem to be missing the point, which is, that, as far as we were concerned we had booked a Flash 4 motorhome not a Flash 2!

The reason being, that we required a fixed rear double bed (my wife suffers from Sciatica and finds ladders difficult). The 3rd berth was only for one night and our son would have used the seating area. We also required a large garage to carry extra luggage. Therefore a Flash 2 was totally unsuitable and we would never have even considered it. The motorhome we ended up with, was indeed larger, but did not meet our requirements, i.e. it had fixed rear bunk beds and an overhead bed which required a ladder.

Perhaps you feel that you can justify all your surcharges, as we had a larger vehicle?

As pointed out to you in my email, I have 11 different email addresses, all from you company; perhaps, if you maintained tighter communications, you would be able to meet you customers requirements instead of creating confusion within your company, whereby the customer loses out.

I am still most disappointed by you attitude and you have totally missed the point!

I will not be using your company again.
