My car was involved in a accident on the 20 of may where i was backended. The accident and repair team at Lifestyle Europe said they were 100 per cent comfident they could fix my car. The total cost of repaire was 5 and a half thousand pounds. Over half the value of the car. The car i have owned since december which is 13 months but have only had it on the road about 8 or 9 months since i have owned it she keeps on going back for work on the backend. I feel there 100 per cent confident that she could be fixed was rubbish due to the fact that it keeps on going back for work on the backend. Not only is the car not water proof with broken parts on the boot. They failed to even check if my tyres brakes or brake fluid after being in the repaire centre for 3 months. My light fittings are also loose. Plus there is paint coming off inside the boot. The floor panels rattle. I also had another garage tell me after a small repaire the car should never of been repaired. They have failed to contact me as to when they intend to take the car back to sort out there rubbish repaire. They called me 2 weeks ago and promised i would be contacted the following week. But still waiting. I feel they have let me down with there broken promises and need advise on what to do next
