Penality for duty free shopping from ryanai

I had a flight from girona to luton on the 5th of april. i bought a bottle of rum and som other gifts and had them in my duty free bag, as my carry bag is really small. my flight was with ryanair. i was not allowed to get in airplane because my extra duty free bag, not big also!! i was denied to fly and end up staying in airport spending more money on a new ticket plus diffrent airport that i had to go and all day lost plus humiliation! how can they also charge me for my duty free bag 35 euros? what a cheek!! and ur business will go down also because ryanair is the only company that doesnt alow pple to have extra bag in airplane but they sale duty free in airplane!! what a nonsense!! i submited a proper complain, if u want to talk to me u are welcome. 4407599987555
