Miscommunication

Hi

I have been flying in swiss airlines from august on every week (london to zurich)

so far i havent seen flight flying in time from heathrow and city airport in my severla trip. especially in heatrhow all other flights will be boarding in time

but for the 7;45 flight wont be boarded on time i have spent lot of time in the longue

on 8the august i flew form heathrow the schedule time was 19;45 but the flight started at 21:00 because of that i missed my hotel shuttle service from airport

and i have paid 20 francs to the taxi

yesterday i was suppose to fly from city airport because of london underground problem i missed my flight by ten minutes (even i flew on 22nd august from city aiprot

which was late by 30 mins on that day)

the ticket desk team were rude and they are not listening to my words and they have taken a penalty of 120 pounds for next days flight if they would allow me it doesnt

take more than 5 mins to go in as city airport is small and less busy

as when you are running your flights you havent paid any compenstation to me but for being regular custome you could allow as a first time excuse and should not charge me the

extra price for the date change

i am aware that you do charge extra 50 pounds for the flight change or date change . i have paid 50 pounds in the past when i have to fly for early flight (you could check your records)

i hope you understand the situation and will refund my excess amount that i have paid.
