Failure to refund deposit

On 15 July I paid a £200 deposit online to Nationwide Autodealers, Bristol, prior to delivery of a vehicle for inspection. The delivery of car was delayed and, as I had told the dealer from the start, if the car could not be delivered by the specified time I would not be able to receive it since I was travelling abroad. I requested refund of the deposit and was given an assurance that it would be done immediately. Since travelling abroad on 31st July, I have been calling consistently and being told at least 4 times that the deposit had been returned to my account. Each time, this proved false. I have been given different names of the dealer I was speaking to; I have twice had the phone closed in my face; I have emailed several times and been ignored. Basically after one month it is clear I have been given the runaround and I am seeking advice on how to get my money back. All in all, this has been a foul experience and I cant caution others strongly enough to avoid dealing with this company!
