Never got my pizza!

It was a late Thursday night and was just on the way home with my friend we ordered a pizza and i said i would pay extra as it was so late and it was close to closing. They agreed and said it would be 20 minutes to an hour. I gave them the correct telephone number and waited it never arrived. Later that night i telephoned the head office and left a voicemail saying how disgusted i did not receive the service i was offered!!! They have lost a lot of clients now for what they have done!!!
