I visited burger king in union street Swansea whilst Christmas shopping with my 5 year old niece. she was absolutely starving, very cold and bursting for the loo. before ordering food i asked if she could go to the toilet, we were told no you need to order first. as far as I'm aware its not illegal to use the toilet in a food restaurant where you intend to eat. i asked if i order the food, use the loo then pop back to collect our food would that be OK. again we were told no we had to wait for our meal, leave it at a table and use the unique code for the toilet door which was on the receipt. i was absolutely appalled and disgusted as by now my niece had almost wet herself and being only 5 cannot wait. i ordered the food, paid, took it to my table then took her to the loo. I'm so disgusted by this i will never return to any burger king ever again. i understand they do not want the toilets open to the general public, but for god sake i was willing to pay for our meals, and collect them after the loo, where is the harm in this.
