Went in waitrose paid for goods and was asked if I had a card then asked would I like a drink so I said I would have a tea and the young lady give me a cup but unbeknown to me changed me £1-80 which if I had known at the time would certainly not have had and I feel as if I was forced into buying something which I did not went
