Quality of fresh juices not acceptable

Dear owner/s of Joov Bluewater
I ordered a large carrot and apple juice from your counter today. To my shock and disappointment, your employee had jugs of apple and carrot juices that were already squeezed and sitting on the counter. The apple juice was a brownish colour as it was left to stand for quite some time. She poured both juices in a large cup and handed it to me. I was not going to make a scene and complain as there were other customers waiting to be served.
I paid 4.25 GBP for juices that were pre-squeezed and left standing and not freshly squeezed when I placed my order.
I have purchased fresh juices from your counter in the past. I will not be coming back as I am very disappointed with what happened today.
I tried to contact you on your email address [Email Removed] but I keep getting an email saying "delivery failed - email address couldn't be found".
