Efusing to give me fee back

My name is gary rands i applied for a loan with ak management on line, but then i received a phone call from them and did the app over the phone as the app on line would not accept just my mobile, i got a letter through the post from ak management saying that money essentials are dealing with it, but i tried to ring ak management to say that i do not want the loan now as its to much to pay back and i said that i want my 71 pound back in my account, but they said they will call me back but got no reply, i have also got in touch with them on line and they still not got back in touch with me as ive asked them to ring me back on a number of occasions but got nothing, and im very angry as i got no money now and i cannot understand how people like them are so ignorant.
