Deception of Investment Funding

Very Crafty Scam.

This company known locally as IplusP Ltd but formally known as Morgan Linley Ltd are running a very successful system of using your name or business name to apply for funds from Investors or Government schemes to then arrange the payment directly to themselves after you have signed and accepted the terms and conditions of the funding proposal. The bottom line being you are held responsible for the funds whilst Mr Thomas Morgan & Mr Richard Linley pocket the funds.

Mr M & L have previously extracted some £50, 000 from Governemnt monies to support their scheme, this was spent not on business expansion or similar but wages from both Mr Linley and Morgan whilst they Bankrupted the Business in order to assure they don't repay the funds back. Then all they have to do is repeat the process. It's sick really, there are many small business seeking direction whilst these two are using the tick box system to cover the extraction of money and then sink the business.

I will refer all who question to view Companies House under Morgan Linley and then IplusP ltd. Both arethe same address, the only difference being that IplusP Ltd is using a fake company registration.

You almost got away with it but I spotted the Con a Long Time Ago.
