Took money with out consent

Wentworth took a payment of £59.00 out of my bank but they didnt have my bank details. i rang them up and they told me to write a letter to get a refund i didnt hear anything so i rang back waited an hour to speak to someone and he just put the phone down on me. how can i get this money back
