Charge of £19.41p to credit card

I ordered a tooth-whitening product. On delivery I found that I was to receive a similar product every month. I immediately e-mailed a cancellation, which was acknowledged, but one month later I amm again being charged by this company £19.41p (sterling). How can I stpo this happening again?
