£19.95 taken twice on same day

I looked at my bank statement yesterday and noticed the above companies had taken out the same amount £19.95 from my account. In no way shape or form did i ever agree to this money being taken out. I have now emailed them with my complaint and my bank will be investigating them, i also informed them that if this is not resolved i will be forwarding my email to my solicitor and i will be getting in touch with The Office of Fair Trading and my local papers and radio stations to inform people of their SCAM!!! I am fuming that they can even do such a thing when it says free trial.
