Took money without permission

To whom it may concern,

I am very upset un annoyed as i did not give permission for this amount of money to be taken out of my bank account and would be expecting a telephone call from someone to say that it will be getting returned.

I spoke to a woman on the telephone who was very pushy and i told her that i couldnt afford to pay for it at this moment in time, the ammount that has been taken out my bank is not the ammount that was asked for. I asked for someone to ring me back in 2 days after already been forced to make a payment of over £70 and not knowing that this was for something different. I explained at the time that i was a single parent living without partner and did not have the money to pay.

I am really upset as all this money has been taken out of my back with no permission someone rang on the friday but did not speak to me so i did not give permission for the money to be removed from my bank account.

I would appreciate atelephone call from someone to rectify this and sort out the return of my money.
