Dishonest trading

We ordered a shower cubicle from this company on the 24th April paying by credit card. Despite confirmation of payment from sagepay and our credit card company, QS supplies denied receiving payment. After sagepay intervened they finally accepted they had received payment on the 11th May. They claimed to have dispatched our item on the 11th May which turned out to be a complete lie. They later sent us another email claiming to have dispatched our item again with a different tracking number. When we contacted the delivery company we were informed that the item they had was damaged. Without boring you with all the details. This company are dishonest, have no intention of honouring a contract they have made with you. They have staff who are rude, clearly do not care less about their customers and this has been the worst experience we have had trying to buy something over the internet. If you try and take any complaint higher in the company you cannot get the name of the managing director, you are just given a first name which says it all really
