Poor product/delay refund

The logos provided were simply awful. I am not expecting the designs to match exactly what I had in mind but they completely lacked any aesthetics whatsoever. When submitting your design requirements you are asked to include existing designs you like - to which they simply copied and pasted to create your logos!

They advertised a 100% refund policy. So you would have believed.

When I requested my refund I was told I will receive it within 21 days. It has now been over a month. I tried chasing them via their web-chat I was told by 'Mark' that the 'concern department' have been alerted and my issue will be dealt with 'asap'.

I believe 25poundlogo (and their US equivalent 50dollarlogo) to be a scam. Best avoided.

I should have known better than to do business with a company that does not display a contact number nor address on their website.
