Illegal harassment to gain already paid fund

I bought a phone from car phone ware house. No contract just the phone as i am living over seas. I had the receipt and still had it up to feb this year when i gave it to buy father as proof that i paid the £78.00 back in 2006 I then before leaving got a call and was asked to pay another £78. to cancel the contract Termination fee. I paid it. As i did not want any further ties. with car phone ware house. My father has the receipt of this . 2007 My father gets another bill and threatening mail and calls asking to pay or court. He paid direct another £78.00 like a blody fool as i was. And when i phone home. he told me. OMG, He just said. ITS done no more.

2 years ago they ask again for £200. and phone asking the where a bouts do I live there. I wrote to them asking them to sot and lay off.

Now they are threatening my father again .! asking for £250 paid in 7 days or els. Sadly my father is 80 years old I live in Borneo never to return, as last time I was homeless and broke in the UK no job. Now i am about to marry with what I have left. I cannot return to the UK to sort this matter out as I do not have enough for flight back and forth . money lost spend from when my mother past on and my sister getting married. I could not even go back for my Niseis wedding. Or them come for mine.

this is harassment stressing and damn right scamming. I found out from watch dog on line that this is constantly happening for this company. I want it stopped.
