Taken Payment after cancellation

Business & Finance

I had a 14 day trial with this company and cancelled it the next day so I would never be charged in-case I didn't take the offer up. I recently just received an email from Paypal saying payment of 95, 35 Euro's. I have contacted the company regarding this issue and explained the situation but it seems to be falling on deaf ears. I have health problems and rely on small amount of benefits to survive and this one payment has left me with nothing to live on. I haven't even used their product as I logged into my "still active" account and I still have their full allocated download allowance. All I want is a refund and to get on with my life. This is causing me an enormous amount of stress. I was even thinking of rejoining and seeing if I could pay monthly but I would not go near them after this and companies like this should be banned on the internet. I wish I had researched them earlier and heard the horror stories first hand.
