I was sent a bill for the above items after soposadly recevieing samples which i did not, when i recieved a billand the moisturiser i sent itback the next day with a letter stating why? and canceling the account, today i recieved another invoice for the same amount of 13.98 and stating if i wish to cancel to put it on the payment slip. this company is a complete scam and the company in question should be fined and not aloud to operate again. please can you help.
