Incorrect billing

I informed J2 EFAX PLUS SERVICE 4408707113311 last December, that from the first of December this year, I would no longer be needing their services. I now see that this week they have charged my credit card account for another £90.75, (12 months subscription!!!), how much notice do these guys need???
