Over Priced Coffee Machine

I have never in my 20 years of business have I come across a company as bad as` Rijo 42 LTD.This machine I have with Rijo 42 via Shire leasing I am paying 4 times the RRP.When I asked to see a copy of the contract I was told ask the leasing company or better still where is your copy. The cheek they never left me one. The machine is always breaking down and when I asked for Rijo to repair they told me to pay 200 pound per hour plus parts plus vat. I said that they at the time of sale the sales crook said there was A five year lease therefore a five year guarantee, HOWEVER THIS IS ONLY IF YOU BUY THERE STOCK WHICH IS 4 TIMES A LOCAL SUPPLIER THAT I HAVE FOUND.WHEN I PHONED TO COMPLAIN A WOMAN I THINK CALLED JANET TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEN AFTER 10 OR SO MINUTES GOT SO FUSTRATED AND TOLD ME TO F### OFF.HOW DARE THEY.THERE ARE VERY RUDE VERY NASTY PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
