Claim tax return

First of all i would lik to than this option hopping to find a solve for my case.

that on 06/07 i have won sum $ 10.000 from the USA powerball lottery which i played and purchased the ticket through the agency (congalotto), so that time sum $3000 dolars taken from the prize as 25% federal tax and 5% as state tax =30% = $3000

now its due to claim for the tax return by 31/december.

why i contacting you? because i beleive that $ 7000 dolars sent to me (you ledonford ltd) gave the instruction to the LAIKI BANK LTD INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTRE 50 KENNEDY AVE 1ST FLOOR 1075 NICOSIA –CYPRUS

that means you may either part of the congalotto or you may have an easy way to cantact with them

there for pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaase consider my very bad financial position and iam in very need for this value of money please help me to claim that tax return and send me the money, look as iam not the usa resident i have no any authorisation to collect any prize or claim for any tax return, the only (dad and mum) for me is the congalotto so please company with them and help me.
