They have setup their agreements to exploit you, especially if you are not of a legal mind.

It's even in their small print that their agreements are exempt from the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

The staff are evil and revel in informing you of the small print of your agreement. They ignore some correspondence and break data protection at other times when it suits them.
