Kepair was contacted by an "Alexander Logan" to move goods from my shop to their warehouse for onward transport to Ghana. This was a fraudulent case which was fortunately discovered before the goods were shipped. However, Kepair are refusing to return the goods to me until I reimburse them for the courier fee which they incurred on behalf of Mr Logan. Apart from this being reprehensible behaviour on their part I do believe that it is illegal and can be construed as extortion! Both companies were the victims of Mr Logan's fraud, however I am now also the victim of Kepair's!
