Administration charges

My interest was just an enquiry. To get the information I required I was asked for my bank details, stupidly I added them because without it they would not give me an answer. I did not go ahead with a loan and cancelled my enquiry by letter to their head office and e-mail. several weeks later I received a letter stating £69.95 will be taken from my account for administration charges. Added to this letter was a very threatening paragraph stating if I tried to cancel the charges I will be taken to court for fraud. I have e-mailed and sent several letters asking for my money back. At first they replied acting surprised I have not received my refund and they would personally check for me. another several weeks later and no refund and they are now ignoring my e-mails and I have not had one rely to my letters. This company is fraudulent and should be avoided.
