Fraud By Deception

This company took £89.95 out of my account with my permission, I also did not give this any of my details so how they got my bank account details is beyond me. This completely illegal. I want my money back and I want them shut down and i will also sue them for the distress this has caused me and my family as they took it the day I got paid and now we can't afford to get by for the month. Its disgusting that companies are doing this to people and the quicker they get shut down the better. I have not attached anything as it is all bank details and things but trading standards are on to them and so is the fraud bank team and the police.
