Cash taken from account

I have had money taken from my account by this company called quick credit, but they have taken 2 lots of £19.95 from my account. They also linked me to another website called www.rewardsnow.co.uk, who have also taken 2 lots of £19.95 from my account.

Can I reclaim this money? How do I go about it? What can be done about this company so no-one else gets duped like myself and other people?
