I have allegedly won 250k but cannot get hold of it without sending 1250 to 2 individuals NOT to a tax office This is not how the tax system works

This is to add to a lottery scam where they are trying very hard to get me to send 2500 to private individuals to get tax clearance certification to access my winnings
