He will exploit your business, corrupt your mind and extract your money on his wild ass schemes.

He will tell you he's had a bad deal and not his fault, he will tell you he just needs some seed funds to get started. "Don't buy the story". He is a liar a thief and a crook.

He is thought to have a mental disorder and borderline insane by many including his family. He has been convicted of drug's, and exploited the system for many years. He refuses to pay his way and expects the Government the state or anyone except himself to pay for his lazy lifestyle.

The most recent exploit Mr Paul Randle-Jolliffe came up with was to offer a service for Venture Capital to which he would need an up front fee. Previous to this he was an expert in telecoms and before this he was an expert in Banking & Finance.

Mr Jolliffe is an expert on just about everything except getting up and doing a days work. He is a thief and an exploiter of both people and the system.
