Fake company registration promises
SCAM

I would like to inform you that the following UK company:

CODDAN CPM LIMITED

124 BAKER STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, W1U 6TY

Company No. 05370296

is an ordinary SCAM company.

Coddan CPM Ltd, UK, represented by Ekaterina Ostapchuk (phone number: 0207.935.5171, E-mail: k.ostapchuk@ukincorp.co.uk) is supposed to be specialized in incorporation/registration services in UK and offshore companies, but this is an ordinary SCAM company.

I have asked them to incorporate my 2 new off-shore companies.

In the first case, they told me that my money (sent by wire transfer) never arrived and simply canceled my order. However, this is not true! According to my bank, which sent me the transfer SWIFT, the Coddan CPM received my money! When I sent the transfer slip to Ekaterina Ostapchuk and asked for reimbursement, she simply stopped all correspondence with me!!!

In the second case, she wrote me that my new company is already incorporated, but that they would like to see the “hard copy of my identification documents” before they release any information. This was enough for me!

I reported both Scams to the Metropolitan Police Station in Holborn and receive from them clear instructions that I should never send my original documents to scamers.By the way, I already send to them my notarized documents two weeks ago (with original signatures of the notary).

In total, I have lost more than £ 2000!

Could you at least contact Coddan CPM Ltd concerning the above SCAMs?

I have impression that Coddan CPM Ltd SCAMs the customers in total impunity and is sure that nobody will never disturb them, in spite of such evident crimes!

Please note that my solicitor (Gordons Partnership LLP, 22 Great James Street, London WC1N 3ES) wrote me today: "Unfortunately, I did discover several bad reviews and complaints of poor service by Coddan. You should be aware that we may not successfully recover your payments."

I can hardly understand why nobody really seriously take into consideration internet SCAMs. Up to now, UK is still considered as one of the best places in the world for business development, finances and commerce. However, at your place I would really close the companies which only bring the shame to the country.

My name is Stanislas Krawczyk, I'm French, University Professor, but I'm also UK resident. In addition, I have 3 companies in UK, 4 in USA and about 10 other companies in others countries all over the world.
