Taking money out of my bank account

These so called people have been taking money out of my bank account £34 a month, it started last month (july), i complained to my bank, i had a chat with the frued people, so i got my money back from them,

As i am only a pensioner i can not afford to lose this money every week to some company i dont know anything about, i read online that it is a company in Denmark, and they promise all these different things winnining prizes for doing competitions, What Competitions? i have not had any, i would not sign up for competitions any way, and certainly not pay for them. j.v.clayton
