Unauthorized charges!

I registered with 360pro entering my card details for a 99p charge to download. When i received my credit card bill a charge of £59.49 has been debited and i am unable to cancel the payment or contact the company direct. I am also unable to use the 360 pro program as it will not download. Is there any advice or help from anybody to get my money back. It is more that I can afford.
