regular notification of winning of £119, 613.00 and further deduction of £15.00 when I telephon on their request..

The notification cards specify that I must only telephone them. and communicate with the answering machine. No address, no personal contact even by phone..

I have cancelled membership before following one invoice they sent me, but they have not stopped despite promise on the answering machine.

The cards they send to me, show: PO Box 554, GPO, Hong Kong (1)

They have given me two telephone numbers: 020 3608 0293 and 0203318 12

Any assistance to trace these people will save victims.
