Scam

I contacted yesloans for a loan and was told on the phone that i had the loan that i want i just had to pay the 69.50 in fee and they would send me the cheuqe in the next few days so i paid on my card then in the same coversation as soon as the payment cleared they say right now we will put u though to someone that maybe able to give u a loan o i said hold on a minute you have just taken money from me saying that you was sending me a cheuqe when i had paid now your saying different i asked for my money back to which he transfered me to someone else when they answered i asked what was going on and that i wasnt happy and wanted my money back as i felt that i had been conned to which the lady put the phone down i phoned yes loans back as soon as i gave my refference number thay put the phone down on me. i paid them on the 6th november i havent heard anything from them since, i have phoned them everyday since and just keep getting the phone put down on me ive also sent a letter everyweek with no reply can someone please help as im a single mum and 69.50 is a lot off money for me to loose
